HOW IS THE PIN-IT CALIFORNIA COMPLIANT?

After you insert the Pin-It magazine and the automatic spring-loaded pin locks the magazine in place, the only way to remove the magazine is to interrupt the action of the weapon by removing the rear takedown pin and opening the action of the rifle. Then you can depress the pin and remove the magazine.
